DECC Issues Energy Efficiency Guidance for Local Authorities

New guidance to help local authorities in England improve the energy efficiency of their housing stock has been published today. Local authorities will be requested to publish details of their energy saving plans by 31 March 2013. The full DECC press release can be found here
